The Desert Islands are located 8 kilometres off the Western Coastline of Al Gharbia - the Western Region of the emirate of Abu Dhabi, some 250 kilometres drive from Abu Dhabi city.
Visits to Sir Bani Yas Island should be pre-booked with the hotels or island management. It is not yet possible to visit Sir Bani Yas Island without pre-booking.
