Fly To Desert Islands
Desert Islands now offer scheduled flights between Abu Dhabi and Sir Bani Yas Island throughout the week, making it easier, quicker and cheaper to visit Abu Dhabi´s own Desert Islands.
Two unique flight experiences are available catering for those who seek adventure and scenic experiences and those wishing a quick transfer.
All flights depart from Abu Dhabi International Airport, at the Abu Dhabi Aviation and Royal Jet terminals, located adjacent to Terminal 2, and land at the new regional airport on Sir Bani Yas Island. Flights are operated by Empire Aviation and Abu Dhabi Aviation.
DASH-8 Weekend Flights
Roomy 50-seater DASH-8 passenger aircrafts are now taking off from Abu Dhabi every Thursday and Saturday. This is perfect for a quick transfer for a weekend escape - the flight-time is just 25 minutes.
Exclusive Cessna Caravan Flights
Flying to Sir Bani Yas Island several times a week, the Cessna Caravan aircrafts are amazing opportunities to experience many of Abu Dhabi´s natural islands. The Caravans can carry up to eight passengers and are unrivalled breathtaking experiences. Flights take approximately 50 minutes, and on approaching Sir Bani Yas Island the pilots will take guests on a beautiful scenic flight around the island before landing.
