The jetty to Sir Bani Yas Island will only take you 2.5 hours to drive from Abu Dhabi.
Follow highway E11 directly from Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Around 10km after passing the town of Ruwais, take the Jabel Dhanna turn-off and follow the signs to the Sir Bani Yas jetty.
Desert Islands has a fully serviced arrival terminal located on Jabel Dhanna. Park your car in a secure location and enjoy our hospitality whilst you await your boat to take you to Sir Bani Yas Island. The sailing trip is approximately 20 minutes and is included in the hotel booking.
To ensure the safety of animals, all vehicle transport on Sir Bani Yas Island is by tour buses and chauffeur driven four-wheel drives. Your driver and transport will greet you on arrival and bring you to the Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara.
