What types of aircrafts are available?
DASH-8 50-seat aircrafts fly weekends and exclusive 8-seater Seaplanes (Cessna Caravans) fly on other days.
Who operates the flights?
These flights are operated by Abu Dhabi Aviation.
Do you have different ticket classes?
The aircrafts do not have separate sections.

Do children pay full price?
Children under the age of two fly for free; however, as there are no child seats, the parents will need to carry the children.
How many pilots are there on each flight?
Each flight is navigated by a fully qualified pilot and co-pilot.
How much luggage can I bring?
DASH-8 luggage guidelines (per passenger):
- A maximum of 22.5kgs checked baggage.
- 10kgs of carry-on baggage. The usual baggage size should not exceed the following specifications: 56cm (length) + 36cm (height) + 23cm (depth). Standard international baggage guidelines apply.
What happens if a flight is delayed or cancelled?
All efforts will be made to ensure a quick and easy transfer to Sir Bani Yas Island. In case of delays or cancelations passengers will be notified via phone. In circumstances beyond our control, alternative road transport will be provided to the island and the cost of the ticket will be refunded.
What happens if I am late to the plane?
As aircrafts follow strict time schedules at airports, the flight will not be able to wait for passengers arriving late.
What safety rules do the flights follow?
Flights and airport operations adhere to the highest international standards and comply with General Civil Aviation Authority requirements.
Which ID should I bring to the airport?
All passengers must carry their passports.
